2017 NTTC Summer Membership Meeting

A Celebration of Success.
NTTC’s Summer Membership Meeting is a Collaboration of Industry Experts

Arlington, VA, August 2, 2017 – The National Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC) announced today that its recent NTTC Summer Membership Meeting was deemed a huge success among its members.  The program was held in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire at the historical Omni Mount Washington Resort from Wednesday, July 26 – Friday, July 28th

This year’s Summer Membership Meeting event featured attendees comprised of executives and key operations personnel where advocacy, continuing education, and a positive impact of safe tank operations were the focus of best practices for the industry. Cook Jordan of Jordan, Knauff & Co. discussed the oil prospecting field today, and what activity on the oil industry financial markets means for loads in the tank truck industry. The Young Executives Club also introduced a new program “Mentors Among Us,” helping engage the ambitious youthful executives within the Tank Truck Industry. NTTC is honored to continually lead the industry in educational opportunities such as those hosted last week in New Hampshire.

National Tank Truck Carriers, Inc. (NTTC) is a trade association composed of over 550 companies that specialize in bulk transportation services by cargo tank throughout North America.  The tank truck industry generates roughly 5.1% of all truck freight revenue, but that represents 25.6% of all truck freight in terms of tonnage due to the heavy nature of the liquid bulk products handled.
