The National Tank Truck Carriers, Inc. (NTTC) will host Tank Truck Week November 10-12, 2014 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, TX. This program is apacked three days anchored by North America's largest bulk trucking-specific tradeshow – The Tank Truck Show. At the same time, our 31st Annual Maintenance Seminar will be held in conjunction with meetings of our Tank Truck Safety & Security and Tank Cleaning & Environmental Councils. The year's final Cargo Tank Test & Inspection Workshop of 2014 will also take place during the event.

Highlights of this year's programming include:

  • A Worker's Compensation/OSHA Compliance session.

The Annual Tank Truck Show & Maintenance Seminar draws key personnel from common and private carriers, cargo tank manufacturers, repair facilities and government agencies. The Maintenance Seminar is the only industry wide event dedicated to the unique maintenance and operational interests of tank truck fleets. The centerpiece of this event is the Tank Truck Show – more than 250,000 square feet of exhibit space, showcasing the latest equipment and technology that affects the tank truck industry. Last year's crowd exceeded 1,300 tank truckers and we expect even more for this year's event.

Registering for the Maintenance Seminar provides the broadest access to Tank Truck Week – including admission to Maintenance/Cleaning Seminar, the Safety Council meeting, the Tank Truck Show and all networking opportunities and meals hosted in the Exhibit Hall.   • $150 for NTTC Carrier / Fleet Members
  • $175 for NTTC Associate Members that are exhibiting during Tank Truck Week
  • $200 for Associate Members that are not exhibiting during Tank Truck Week
  • $250 for all other non-members

The Cargo Tank Test & Inspection Workshop will be taught by Joe Evans, an industry veteran and retired hazardous materials specialist with the FMCSA. This course is designed to help cargo tank repair technicians, testers and inspectors comply with the US DOT’s cargo tank qualification and maintenance regulations.This two day workshop, scheduled for November 11 & 12, will review all aspects of bulk hazardous materials and cargo tank training and enforcement.

Cargo Tank Test & Inspection Workshop Registrants receive complimentary access to the Tank Truck Show (please be aware that the Workshop and the Maintenance Seminar sessions run concurrently).Workshop registrants will receive a 2014 NTTC Bulk Hazmat Compliance Guide, a course book with copies of all presentation materials, a certificate of attendance upon completion of the course.Meals (continental breakfast and lunch in the Exhibit Hall) both days. NTTC hosts two meetings of the Tank Truck Safety & Security Council a year and we are pleased to offer expanded programming for safety professionals beginning with joint Maintenance Seminar and Safety sessions the morning of Wednesday, November 12th, lunch in the Exhibit Hall and a Safety & Security Council fall meetingin the afternoon.Please note that registering for the Tank Truck Week Maintenance Seminar includes all safety and tank cleaning programming.

Hotel Reservations: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Americas-Houston which connects to the George R. Brown Convention Center via a sky-bridge. We encourage you to make your room reservation soon – in past years the room block has sold out prior to the cut-off date. To receive the NTTC room rate of$189/night (single/double occupancy) please reserve your room online by Friday, October 17, 2014.
