The Annual Conference & Exhibits is NTTC's longest running event, beginning just a few years after the association's inception. NTTC's Annual Conference offers the leaders of tank truck industry from across the continent the opportunity to collaborate and take action on the high-level issues facing the industry through its committees and sessions. During the Annual Conference the association recognizes the highest caliber of safety performance that the industry has to offer by awarding both the William A. Usher Sr. Award to the Professional Tank Truck Driver of the Year and the Heil Trophy to the North American Safety Contest winner, respectively granted to the professional driver and companies who demonstrate the greatest commitment to operational safety.
EXHIBIT BOOTHS ARE SOLD OUT
Exhibiting rates are for each booth space and includes either 1 or 2 complimentary booth representative registrations (see below), a sign with the company's name, and a booth that is 8' deep, 10' wide (or 20' wide for an 8'x20') with a 7' high draped back wall and two 3' high side rails.

- 8'x10' Booth includes one (1) complimentary booth representative
- 8'x20' Booth includes two (2) complimentary booth representatives
- Each Additional Booth representatives must be purchased individually at the Attendee Rate
- By registering for a booth, you acknowledge that you have read the Exhibitor Terms and Conditions, available on our website
- Booth Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or faxed to (703) 838-8860. Cancellations received by Wednesday, February 23, 2022 will be issued a refund minus a $500 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after Thursday, February 24, 2022 unless NTTC is unable to hold the conference.
How to Register Your Booth Representatives
- For complimentary booth representatives, exhibit coordinators will be sent a separate email containing a special code that will allow them to register their complimentary representatives.
- Navigate to the 2022 Annual Conference Attendee Registration page and log in. Click register someone else and enter in the relevant details of the person attending as your booth representative.
- Select the registration option "2022 Annual Conference Booth Representative" and add it to your cart.
- Click proceed to checkout and enter your special promo code sent to you. Note that the promo codes can only be used a certain amount of times, indicated to you in the email. Hit submit to check out.
- If you have multiple complimentary booth representatives (such as if you have a 8'x20' booth) repeat the previous steps for your second representative.
- Any additional booth representatives must be registered at the attendee rate AFTER you supply your initial complimentary representatives.
